Detailer / Yard Hand

Full Time Turnbull Motors is home to Warragul Nissan & Warragul Mitsubishi. We are excited to be expanding our team. A full time Detailer and Yard Hand position has become available in our detailing team. We are looking for an enthusiastic and capable person to fill this position in our award-winning dealership.

The successful applicant will complete detailing duties in addition to some general yard work and dealership cleaning inside and out, including daily washing and vacuuming of cars on display, assisting in preparing vehicles for display after arrival/trade, day-to-day support in cleaning the inside and outside of the dealership.

It is essential to have strong attention to detail, be able to work under little to no supervision and be able to take direction and constructive feedback. The successful candidate will possess the ability to demonstrate reliability and commitment in this role.

Vehicle Admin Assistant

We are excited to expand our team at Turnbull Motors, home to Warragul Nissan & Mitsubishi. We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and efficient Administration Assistant to support our operations. In this role, you will be responsible for processing vehicle deals, handling vehicle registrations and transfers, maintaining accurate stock records, and providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

Your key duties will include:

  • Maintaining accurate vehicle stock records in Units including stocking, swapping and invoicing
  • Providing accurate reporting of stock locations to Management & the Sales team
  • Assisting in preparing vehicles for deliveries and showroom displays
  • Processing all VicRoads transactions and registering all new, used, and demo vehicles
  • Reporting, costing, and processing new car deals after delivery
  • General administrative duties as required, including daily banking, reception duties, and customer relations support
  • Managing vehicle licensing and general housekeeping duties within the dealership
  • Offering day-to-day administrative assistance to ensure operational efficiency

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in the automotive industry (exposure to Units software preferred but not essential)
  • Intermediate knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Outstanding organisation and time management skills
  • A high level of clerical aptitude with strong telephone skills
  • A can-do attitude, willingness to learn, and assist in other roles as required
  • Excellent customer service skills and a well-presented demeanour

As a Technician at Turnbull Motors, you will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repair tasks on vehicles, diagnosing issues, and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards. You will work collaboratively with other team members and contribute to the smooth operation of the workshop. Your role will include performing diagnostic tasks, providing technical support, and maintaining a high level of professionalism and quality in all aspects of your work.

Accessory Fitter

We are excited to be expanding our team and are seeking a talented Accessory Fitter to join our dealership. This is a full-time role in our service department where you will play to your strengths, experience, and personality, adding value to the business.

You will report to the Service Manager, with duties as follows, but not limited to:

·       Fitting new accessories to new vehicles

·       Carrying out Pre Delivery inspections on vehicles

·       Checking in of new vehicles being delivered to the dealership

Finance and Insurance Officer (Part Time)

We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Finance and Insurance Officer to join our team in Warragul.

As a Part-Time Finance and Insurance Officer, you will play a key role in helping customers find the right financial solutions when purchasing vehicles from Turnbull Motors. In this position, you’ll assist customers with finance and insurance options, while ensuring they receive excellent service throughout their experience. This role also involves promoting finance and insurance products and helping maximise sales, all while maintaining compliance with regulations.

This role is part-time, offering 10-15 hours per week.
