We are excited to be expanding our team and are seeking a talented Sales Trainee to join us at our Warragul dealership.
This is a full-time role reporting to the Sales Manager, with duties as follows, but not limited to:
- Handling new and pre-owned customer enquiries, including active prospecting.
- Deliver sold vehicles in accordance with dealership guidelines.
- Work with the Service Department to ensure a smooth sales to service transition.
- Maintain dealership CRM for all enquires on a daily basis.
- Work closely with the Finance Team.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations & test drives.
- Complete all sales documents completely, accurately and promptly.
- Rearrange display vehicles as required or at the discretion of the Sales Manager or Dealer Principle.
- Attend training programs as requested by management.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of all current product benefits and features along with a sound knowledge of competitive products.
- Maintain adherence to The Warragul Mitsubishi and Nissan Dealer Standards.
- Provide outstanding customer service to enhance the buying experience for all customers.
- There will also be an opportunity to spend time in other key departments such as finance and service to obtain a greater understanding of working in the industry.
